CAMARO CONNOISSEUR

Let’s see. Got an ‘04 Monte SS, ‘87 Monte SS, ’98 Z28, ’89 RS, ’80 Z28 and an ’88 S-10 with a V8, so as you can see that I’m definitely a Chevy man! I’m also a member of SoutheastCamaroZ.com car club. That is where I found this site. A member posted it so I checked it out. Check us out and post that same question [what do you think of the site?] and I'm sure they can tell you more than me. Will stay in touch.

STORIES TO TELL

Good story, I raced one of the first cars from Dick Harrell's shop back in 1969. I could tell you a lot of stories about how they all came to be from Chevrolet. I was lucky to own one, wish I still had it.

MOONDOG AMPED!

Ro, since your battery is in the trunk, do you have a separate wire running your 12 volt source to the computer with nothing else on it so you won't have a voltage drop? There is a little box made by Unified Ignition [DUI] that provides 14.75 volts to the ECM. It loves that voltage. On cold-start, make real sure that your temperature sensor is good. I have had lots of problems with the ones in injection systems that I’ve installed.

Moon, no I don't, at least I don't think I have. I didn't touch any of that for because I'm ignorant. Thanks for the tip. Will do this ASAP.  The old Ro Dog says thanks for watchin' out for ‘im.

ODDY PAL

Glad you got out of Buffalo. I spoke with you about the blizzard of ‘77 and you told me that your sons were born then. Time sure does fly. I enjoyed watching your Opel at Lancaster and also your Navy Anglia. I still have pics of the Anglia. I am happy you retired to better weather and wish you all the success in the world. You're a great man

BEAT ECONOMY BUILD-UP

I would like to subscribe to MaxChevy magazine. I am building a 1968 Chevelle with a 502 Ram-Jet and major bodywork (quarters, fenders, floor pan, trunk) Maybe I would like to get my Chevelle in your magazine in distant future. Right now, the economy is not too great to my wallet. Still need to buy some more sheetmetal to make car right and safe to drive.
